Every chat and image generation request from nevermind is sent only to AI providers that have signed a written zero-data-retention agreement — meaning they do not store your prompts or completions. If no such provider is available for a given model, the request fails rather than falling back to one that retains data.
That's it. We don't train on your data, we don't share it, and you can delete any chat or your whole account anytime.

Bring-your-own-key requests run under your own contract with the provider, so our ZDR enforcement doesn't apply to them. Since ZDR is the whole point of nevermind, we don't offer BYOK in v1.
