Everything about how nevermind handles your data, which models you can use, and how billing works. Still stuck? Email support@nevermind.chat.
nevermind is a privacy-first AI chat app that gives you one-app access to every frontier model — including GPT-5, Claude, Gemini, Llama, Mistral, DeepSeek, and Qwen — through an AI gateway with a hard zero data retention policy. Your prompts and the model's responses are never logged, never used for training, and never stored by the provider.
Professionals who handle sensitive information and can't paste it into a public AI tool — lawyers reviewing contracts, finance teams handling deal documents, healthcare staff working with patient data, strategy and consulting work involving client materials. If your IT department has banned ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini for compliance reasons, nevermind is built for you.
Anthropic Claude (Opus, Sonnet, Haiku), OpenAI GPT-5 family, Google Gemini 2.5 and 3, Meta Llama, Mistral, DeepSeek, Alibaba Qwen, Moonshot Kimi, and Z.AI GLM. For image generation we route to Google Imagen and the Gemini Image family. You can switch models mid-conversation with one click.
Yes. nevermind supports Google's Imagen 4 family and Gemini Image models through the same gateway. Your prompts and generated images run under the same zero data retention policy as text models.
No, never. Every chat and image generation request from nevermind is sent through an AI gateway with the zeroDataRetention flag enabled. The gateway only routes to providers that have a written ZDR agreement, meaning the provider does not store your prompts or completions and does not use them for training. If a model has no ZDR-compliant provider, the request fails fast rather than falling back to a non-ZDR route.
Just the minimum needed to run your account: your email address, your hashed password, the chat history you create (subject to your auto-delete timer), and any generated images you keep. We do not store provider-side prompts or completions, and we do not retain any audit logs of your conversations beyond what's in your account.
Only via providers that have signed a Zero Data Retention agreement with our AI gateway. ZDR-bound providers do not store your prompts or completions on their side. If a model has no ZDR-compliant route available, the request fails immediately rather than silently falling back to a non-ZDR endpoint.
Yes. nevermind is built on ZDR-only infrastructure, your data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and you can permanently delete any chat or your entire account at any time. We do not transfer personal data outside ZDR-bound providers, and we never share your prompts with third parties for analytics or advertising.
No. nevermind has no shared workspaces or admin dashboards in v1 — every account is private to the person who signed up. Your employer, network admin, and AI provider cannot see your chat history through nevermind.
Every conversation has a timer. When the timer runs out, the chat and all of its messages are permanently deleted from our database. The default is 24 hours, and you can pick from 1 hour, 6 hours, 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or never auto-delete.
Both. You set the default in Settings — every new chat you create inherits that value. Existing conversations keep the timer they were created with. Changing the account default does not retroactively affect chats that already exist.
No. The timer is locked to the value that was active when the chat was created. To change the default for future chats, update Auto-delete chats in Settings.
The chat document and every message in it are permanently deleted from our database — it's gone, not archived. Generated images attached to that chat are also removed from object storage.
Yes. The timer slides forward on every turn so an active conversation won't expire mid-discussion. Once you stop sending, the timer counts down from your last message.
Yes. Every account starts with a 24-hour free trial that gives you full access to all frontier models — no credit card required. After the trial ends, upgrade to Pro or Max to keep going.
Pro is $19 per month and includes 200 messages per day across every model, vision, reasoning, and tools. Max is $49 per month with 1,000 messages per day (5× Pro) and the same feature set. Both plans include all frontier models — no upsells per provider.
Yes. Cancel from the billing portal in two clicks — billing is processed by Stripe, no questions asked, no retention emails. Your account remains active until the end of the current billing period.
Sending new messages is paused until you upgrade. Your existing chats remain available for the duration of their auto-delete timer, so nothing is lost if you upgrade within the window.
Not in v1. nevermind is currently a single-seat product billed monthly. If you have a team need or want annual pricing, email support@nevermind.chat and we'll work with you.
Yes. Open the model picker in the chat header and pick a different model — the next message goes to that model with the existing chat context. You can A/B compare answers from Claude and GPT-5 in the same thread.
Yes. Use the paperclip icon in the composer to attach files. nevermind supports PDF, spreadsheets, common image formats, and plain text. Files are sent to the model under the same ZDR policy as your messages.
Native iOS and Android apps are coming soon. In the meantime, nevermind runs as a fast web app that works on iOS Safari, Android Chrome, and any desktop browser — sign in from your phone's browser to use it on the go.
Yes, for models that support it. When you pick a web-capable model, you can ask for current facts or competitor research and the model will fetch and cite live sources, all under the ZDR routing policy.
Three things. First, one subscription gives you every frontier model in one app — no juggling tabs, no separate logins. Second, every request runs through an AI gateway with hard zero data retention enforced server-side; the providers you talk to cannot store your prompts. Third, every conversation has an auto-delete timer that's on by default, so your chat history doesn't pile up indefinitely. Standard consumer AI apps do none of these.
Yes. ChatGPT Plus is $20 per month, Claude Pro is $20 per month, and Gemini Advanced is around $20 per month — about $60 per month combined. nevermind Pro is $19 per month and includes all of those models plus several more, with stricter privacy guarantees than any of them offer on their consumer plans.
Bring-your-own-key (BYOK) requests run under your own contract with the provider, which means the provider's standard retention rules apply — not nevermind's ZDR-only routing. Since zero data retention is the whole point of nevermind, we don't offer BYOK in v1.
